Skindinavia has announced a new partnership with McoBeauty, and it’s a familar setting spray called All Dayer.

After Skindinavia’s 15-year partnership with Urban Decay on the All Nighter Setting Spray came to an end in 2015, the brand has revived the original formula that includes cooling ingredients. It promises to be cheaper and is positioning it as a clear dupe.

Following Charlotte Tilbury’s comments about why dupes are bad, creators started putting cheaper alternatives to the test against higher-end products.

CORQ’s trends editor Caroline Edwards breaks down the future of dupe culture.

@SKINDINAVIA has duped itself with its latest collaboration with @MCoBeauty, which features the original formula of Urban Decay’s All Nighter setting spray. This comes after Skindinavia and Urban Decay’s 15-year partnership ended last year. The brand is leaning into being a dupe to attract OG fans, while also posting meme content. Dupe content thrives on TikTok, but what is the future of it? #dupe #influencermarketing #marketingtips #mcobeauty #brandingstrategy
