It’s safe to say that in the battle over live audio, Twitter is most certainly carrying the flag. With its Clubhouse rival Spaces, the micro-blog announced its new creator programme Spark. The three-month initiative - similar to Clubhouse’s Creator Accelerator program - is designed to “discover and reward great Spaces on Twitter with financial, technical, and marketing support.” This means it will support chosen audio creators with $2500 per month and other opportunities to grow their audience. As it stands, the programme is currently only available for US creatives but will open up to other markets across the globe in the coming months.
